Brazilian Blowout
The Brazilian Blowout is the original smoothing treatment. Through the use of a Brazilian Super Nutrient Complex, rich with Acai, and a proprietary polymer system, the Brazilian Blowout actually improves the conditioning of the hair by creating a protective protein layer around the hair shaft to eliminate frizz and smooth the cuticle. It is best for hair that is frizzy and unruly. The end result will leave your hair looking and feeling smooth, healthy, radiant, and frizz free. It also greatly shortens the blow dry time and the time it takes to flat iron your hair for styling purposes. You will leave the salon with your hair smooth and silky. You may wash your right away.
It is OK to have your color done immediately prior to having the Brazilian Blowout treatment, or two weeks afterwards.
Juvexin Global Keratin Treatment
The Juvexin Global Keratin treatment is the first and only company to harness the beauty benefits of Juvexin, which is delivered to the hair in its natural state. The Treatment restores hair by repairing and providing long-term conditioning and protection. Unlike other keratin’s, the critical amino acids in Juvexin remain intact restoring and maintaining the hair’s youthful vitality. The long protein chains of Juvexin closely mirror the hair’s own keratin structure.
It is OK to have your color done immediately prior to having the Keratin Straightening treatment or two weeks afterwards. Unlike the Brazilian Blowout, however, you should not wash your hair for at least 3 days after having this treatment done. Also, the Global Keratin treatment allows for different formulas depending on hair structure. For example, a stylist will use one of the formulas on an individual with thin and straight hair, which will allow for more volume, while using another on an individual with thick and curly, resistant hair. While both treatments may loosen the curl, neither of these treatments are permanent straighteners such as Yuko Hair Straightening System. With either treatment you should not go into the ocean or swimming pool without a water tight cap. You should use the Brazilian Blowout shampoo and conditioner, or another shampoo and conditioner which is sulfate free so not to strip the hair of the treatment. We recommend using either the Brazilian Blowout or Global Keratin line as each are created to enhance and extend the life of the treatment itself.
Both treatments are a strengthening and conditioning treatment and improve the condition of your hair and are not damaging.
Both treatments last for three to five months, depending on your particular type of hair and how you take care of it, and have a cumulative effect, working best if you do not wait until it is totally gone to repeat.
